Title: Marketing Coordinator
Location: Golden, CO
Type: Direct Hire
Compensation: 60 to 70k
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and support sales growth within the highly competitive roofing market. This role requires a deep understanding of marketing strategies, particularly in construction, home improvement, and exterior building solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy targeting homeowners (B2C) and property managers (B2B).
- Establish and maintain a strong brand presence, ensuring the company is positioned as a trusted, reliable roofing expert.
- Conduct market research to understand regional and national roofing trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity.
- Align marketing strategies with seasonal demands and geographic factors, ensuring campaigns resonate with local audiences.
- Oversee the company’s website, social media channels, and online platforms, optimizing for conversions and engagement.
- Implement paid advertising strategies to maximize ROI for digital marketing spend.
- Partner with the sales team to design lead nurturing programs that move prospects through the sales funnel.
- Partner with the HR and recruiting team to help drive applications for sales positions
- Organize and run in-market events to provide a face-to-face interaction with prospects, customers and sales recruits.
- Coordinate and oversee marketing technology vendors to execute on strategies with a high level of reporting and accountability to budget and revenue goals.
- Write, edit, and proofread marketing materials, including blog posts, emails, newsletters, and social media posts.
- Coordinate with freelance graphic designers and outside vendors to produce marketing materials.
Knowledge Requirements:
- Expert knowledge of Ad Network setup, execution and reporting (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, and third party platforms)
- Working knowledge of CRM platform functionality, preferably Hubspot.
- Working knowledge of CMS software, preferably WordPress
- Creative capabilities in managing design and copy writers for high quality content generation with modern design and typographic standards.
